The stacked spiral sludge dehydrator integrates automatic control cabinet, flocculation modulator and sludge thickening and dewatering body in one, which can achieve efficient flocculation under automatic operation conditions, and continuously complete sludge compression and pressing and dewatering, and finally complete the collected filtrate return or discharge.
When the equipment is running, the sludge enters the filter cartridge from the feed port and is pushed to the discharge port by the spiral shaft rotating plate. As the pitch between the spiral shaft rotating plates is gradually reduced, the pressure on the sludge also increases, and the water begins to dehydrate under the pressure difference, and the water flows out from the filter gap between the fixed plate and the active plate. At the same time, the equipment relies on the automatic flow cleaning function between the fixed plate and the movable plate to clean the filter gap to prevent clogging, and the mud cake is discharged from the discharge port under the push of the spiral shaft after the dehydration of the components.
