The DONGMAO screw press sludge dewatering machine is a fully automatic, non-clogging solid-liquid separation solution for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment. Its core volute screw design consists of a slowly rotating spiral shaft surrounded by stacked fixed and moving rings, operating at just 2-4 rpm. The self-cleaning ring mechanism continuously scrapes the filtration gap during rotation, eliminating clogging issues common in belt filter presses and centrifuges - even with oily, fibrous, or high-viscosity sludge.
Key Advantages: SUS304/316L stainless steel construction ensures long-term corrosion resistance in harsh chemical and saline environments. Ultra-low energy consumption - only 1/3 of conventional dewatering equipment, with a typical motor power of just 0.2-3.0 kW across models. Continuous 24/7 unattended operation with intelligent PLC touch-screen control and remote monitoring capability. Dewatered sludge cake moisture reduced to 75-80%, achieving volume reduction of over 90%. Compact modular footprint saves up to 60% installation space compared to belt presses, with easy containerized shipping for international logistics. No high-pressure water flushing required during operation, saving water and maintenance costs - no clogged filter cloths or worn belts to replace.
Applications: Municipal sewage, food processing, chemical, textile, paper mill, slaughterhouse, palm oil, aquaculture, and pharmaceutical wastewater sludge treatment.
