Lamella Clarifier, also known as inclined tube/plate settler, is a core high-efficiency solid-liquid separation equipment designed based on the shallow sedimentation theory. It is the key unit in water treatment process to remove suspended solids (SS), reduce turbidity and realize mud-water separation. The equipment can be installed and used independently, or seamlessly integrated with integrated sewage treatment equipment, water purification systems and reclaimed water reuse processes. It is widely suitable for water treatment needs in municipal, industrial, civil and other scenarios, supporting non-standard customized design and full-process ODM/OEM services.

The equipment is designed based on Hazen's "shallow sedimentation theory". By installing dense parallel inclined tube/plate packing inside the settling tank, the single sedimentation space of the traditional settling tank is divided into dozens of shallow sedimentation layers, which greatly shortens the settling distance of suspended solids and multiplies the sedimentation area. At the same time, the inclined tube structure rectifies and stabilizes the water flow to avoid water disturbance, so that the sludge flocs in the water quickly settle to the bottom of the inclined tube, slide down the inclined tube to the sludge hopper at the bottom of the tank, and the clear water flows upward to the water collection system for discharge, realizing fast and efficient separation of mud and water. The sedimentation efficiency is 5-10 times higher than that of the traditional horizontal flow settling tank.
