The DONGMAO screw press sludge dewatering machine is a fully automatic, non-clogging solid-liquid separation solution engineered for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants worldwide. Its core volute screw design operates at low speed (2-4 rpm) with a patented self-cleaning ring mechanism, effectively eliminating clogging issues common in belt filter presses and centrifuges, even when handling challenging sludge types.

Ultra-low energy consumption - only 1/3 of conventional dewatering equipment, significantly reducing operational costs.
