The DONGMAO lamella clarifier is a high-efficiency inclined plate/tube sedimentation system designed for fast solid-liquid separation in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment. By incorporating inclined parallel plates or tube modules, it achieves up to 80% footprint reduction compared to conventional sedimentation basins while maintaining superior settling performance.
Key Advantages: Inclined plate/tube design increases effective settling area by 5-10×, achieving SS removal rates exceeding 90%. Adjustable inlet weir, sludge hopper, and effluent launder ensure uniform flow distribution and stable effluent quality. Constructed of SUS304/316L or carbon steel with epoxy anti-corrosion coating for 20+ year service life. Integrated sludge thickening hopper with automatic sludge discharge reduces downstream dewatering load. Compact modular footprint - ideal for space-constrained projects and retrofitting existing treatment plants. Optional coagulant/flocculant dosing system for enhanced phosphorus and fine-particle removal.
