Its core volute screw design consists of a slowly rotating spiral shaft surrounded by stacked fixed and moving rings, operating at just 2-4 rpm. The self-cleaning ring mechanism continuously scrapes the filtration gap during rotation, eliminating clogging issues common in belt filter presses and centrifuges - even with oily, fibrous, or high-viscosity sludge.
